Nison Enterprises was founded in Yr.1985 as a small trading outfit selling Replacement Spares to the Oil & Gas industry in India. Liaison / Representation followed as Nison moved into project coordination and logistics assistance to international companies.

Agency roles soon shifted towards sole and authorized Distributorships for Electrical & Instrumentation products including undertaking small fabrication and installation jobs.
